Wilderness Resort is a boat access only property on the Sechelt Inlet. Charlie worked in the early stages preparing for the first season and helped with the development of the first agriculture experiments influenced by Sepp Hollzer (See Video Bellow) on the mostly steep and rocky terrain.

The Property ran for 2 seasons as a Resort and Retreat Centre offering a wilderness experience to all ages and regular retreats with influential lifestyle coaches such as the crew at Tribe Design as well as many yoga and other health related retreats. Charlie consulted and gave assistance related to the sustainable development of the property that could fit with the budget and vision/mission. The property eventually changed hands and now is owned by Telus.
