Repost from a blog written for Finca Cerdo Magico, Dominican Republic
At Finca Cerdo Magico, we are serious about demonstrating the most up to date carbon farming techniques. We stand by the fact that sustainability lacks ambition. We are interested in Carbon Farming, which brings together the best practices of many agricultural disciplines in order to increase yields organically while physically sequestering atmospheric carbon and other greenhouse gasses in the soil ecosystems. We want visitors to our farm to be an active part in offsetting their carbon footprint. To find out more about our vision please browse through the playlist above. It has within it some of the most valuable information on truly regenerative farming methods. Agriculture is often touted to be the greatest contributor to climate change, but it does not have to be this way. We are on our way to being a prime example of what the future of farming looks like. Check out the videos, and then come and be a part of the solution! –https://fincacerdomagico.wordpress.com
